Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with planning and coordination tasks
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (plans, reports, timelines)
  • Update project trackers and dashboards to reflect progress
  • Communicate with stakeholders to collect updates or clarify deliverables
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and help manage escalations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth task execution
  • Ensure internal systems and tools are properly maintained
