Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with planning and coordination tasks
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (plans, reports, timelines)
- Update project trackers and dashboards to reflect progress
- Communicate with stakeholders to collect updates or clarify deliverables
- Maintain risk and issue logs and help manage escalations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth task execution
- Ensure internal systems and tools are properly maintained
