Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the showroom and assist with directions, questions, and forms
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage office machines (copiers, duplicators)
- Maintain filing systems for correspondence and applications
- Keep the reception area clean and inviting
- Manage the switchboard: forward calls, take messages, schedule appointments
- Assist with typing reports, correspondence, and maintaining lists
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and meetings for visitors or team members
- Offer back-up clerical support and perform tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
- Report concerns and assist in keeping showroom operations smooth
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a receptionist/admin/secretarial role (preferably customer-facing)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
