Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, timely, and efficient service to guests
- Handle guest queries professionally
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations
- Maintain deep knowledge of the menu and product offerings
- Ensure all floor stations are well stocked (mise-en-place)
- Report issues through the correct channels
- Deliver consistent food and beverage quality
- Follow Hilton grooming standards (uniform, hygiene, personal care)
- Comply with hotel safety, fire, and hygiene protocols
