Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Coordinator – Facilities Management (Soft Services) to support our Integrated Facilities Services team at HQ in DAFZA, Dubai. The role supports the delivery of high-quality cleaning and soft services operations across multiple sites, while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Financial
- Ensure accurate daily staff deployment as per contract
- Manage invoicing and client approvals within deadlines
- Maintain contractual KPIs for service delivery
- Assist in smooth IFS operations coordination
Customer
- Coordinate with internal teams for new contract mobilization
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments and clients
- Act quickly on client escalations and operational needs
- Conduct regular cleaning audits across contracts
- Manage cleaning resources across all assigned sites
Process
- Develop and manage work schedules based on contractual scope
- Report service variations to the Operations Manager
- Utilize CAFM systems for operations tracking
- Maintain admin records: incidents, leave, disciplinary actions
Innovation
- Identify and implement technological improvements in cleaning
- Develop and trial new cleaning methods for effectiveness
- Customize cleaning plans for unique client needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- BICS certification or equivalent is preferred
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong computer and reporting system knowledge
- Deep understanding of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and methods
