Role Overview
The HR Manager will play a key role in building, supporting, and managing talent across the organization while ensuring best HR practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and strategy
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Support workforce planning for expanding teams
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Drive employee engagement and performance initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as an HR Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supporting multi-location or growing teams
- Hospitality or service-industry background is an advantage
