Account Executive

Sociabl is looking for an organized, motivated Account Executive | Social to join its Dubai team. This role is a good fit for early-career professionals with hands-on experience managing social media accounts and client communications, who want to grow their skills in a fast-paced digital agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media account activities for assigned clients
• Monitor and engage with online communities across multiple platforms
• Prepare accurate social media performance reports and campaign updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep social media strategies on track
• Support client communications and maintain strong professional relationships
• Track campaign performance and flag opportunities for improvement
• Support content planning and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, reporting, and community management is required
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Must currently be based in Dubai
