Chocolala LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong reconciliation and UAE VAT skills to join its finance team in Ras Al Khaimah, supporting financial operations across a fast-paced F&B business. Immediate joiners preferred.
You’ll verify daily branch sales, reconcile multiple payment channels, prepare VAT reports, follow up with credit customers, and manage banking transactions including for the Qatar branch.
What you’ll do:
- Create and issue tax invoices in compliance with UAE regulations
- Review and verify daily branch sales transactions
- Reconcile sales from cash, card, Talabat, online, and mobile app payment channels
- Identify and resolve sales discrepancies and system corrections
- Prepare and maintain Output VAT reports
- Follow up with credit customers and perform customer account reconciliations
- Manage receipts and payments for the Qatar branch and perform regular bank reconciliations
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- UAE accounting experience with strong knowledge of VAT regulations
- Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills
- Must be available in the UAE; immediate availability and willingness to relocate to RAK required
