AL FARAH CONTRACTING & GENERAL TRANSPORT COMPANY L.L.C is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join its UAE finance team, managing customer invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and financial compliance within a busy construction and transport environment.
Experience working with ADNOC, Dolphin Energy, or Oil & Gas clients is preferred. Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Microsoft Excel is essential.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and maintain customer invoices, payment records, and AR documentation
- Record, allocate, and reconcile customer payments accurately
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare AR reports and handle credit monitoring activities
- Coordinate project insurance documentation and administrative tasks
- Support ICV retention claims and assist with audit requirements
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3–5 years of relevant AR or accounting experience
- Experience with ADNOC, Dolphin Energy, or Oil & Gas clients preferred
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
