We are looking for an Admin/Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks while supporting the sales department with coordination and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and office operations
- Support the sales team with coordination and follow-up
- Prepare sales reports and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain records
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Previous administrative or sales support experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
