We are looking for an Admin/Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks while supporting the sales department with coordination and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and office operations
  • Support the sales team with coordination and follow-up
  • Prepare sales reports and documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain records
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Previous administrative or sales support experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
