Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer

Cromwell UK University College is expanding its Admissions team and is looking for motivated Admission Officers and Senior Admission Officers to join its Dubai Corporate Office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in higher education admissions, student enrollments, or EdTech sales who are passionate about supporting students throughout their academic journey.

The successful candidates will engage with prospective students, provide guidance on academic programs, and help drive enrollment growth while delivering an outstanding admissions experience. Individuals with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide accurate information about academic programs.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and applicants.
• Achieve admissions and enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Follow up with prospective students to support successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall admissions experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in student admissions, higher education admissions, enrollments, or EdTech sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
• Results-driven mindset with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently based in Dubai is preferred.
