Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of:
  • HVAC systems
  • Water pumps
  • Plumbing lines
  • Electrical panels
  • Lighting systems
  • Fire safety systems
• Basic awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards (EHS)
• Flexibility to work in shifts
