Job Requirements
- Finance graduate preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be currently based inside the UAE
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing remittances through direct or third-party channels
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services
- Assist with wage disbursement and WPS file submissions
- Handle transactions efficiently through a single service window
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with operations for resolution
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
- Support compliance processes including KYC, CDD, and EDD
- Assist in WPS salary processing and SIF file management
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
- Follow company policies and ensure high service standards
- Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
