ACC – Arabian Construction Company is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with a solid background in accounts payable, invoice processing, and financial record management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate payment processing, maintaining vendor accounts, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities.
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process vendor payments in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of vendor reconciliations and payment processing.
- Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
