Eagle Environmental Services is seeking a proactive Area Supervisor to oversee pest control operations in Abu Dhabi. This role suits professionals with strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience managing field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage pest control field teams across assigned operational areas.
- Ensure services are delivered according to client contracts and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor field operations and application activities.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines and HSE regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Entomology, Public Health, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience supervising field operations in pest control or environmental services.
- Strong knowledge of IPM practices and HSE requirements.
