Lemon Mint Films is looking for a talented, motivated Assistant Director to join its microdrama production team in Dubai. This role suits professionals with on-set production experience who thrive in fast-paced filming environments and have a passion for storytelling, helping coordinate production activities, support the director, and keep communication flowing smoothly between cast and crew. Fluency in both Hindi and English is required, and prior TV, commercial, or digital production experience is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director with on-set production and daily filming activities
- Coordinate with cast, crew, and production departments for efficient workflow
- Support scheduling, scene preparation, and production logistics
- Help maintain production timelines and smooth on-set operations
- Communicate effectively with team members throughout the production process
- Assist in organizing production documents and coordinating shoot requirements
- Contribute to the successful execution of microdrama productions
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director in television, commercial, or digital content production
- Fluent in both Hindi and English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be currently based in the UAE, with Dubai-based candidates preferred
- A portfolio or showreel is an advantage if available
