Khansaheb Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across assigned sites.
  • Supervise technical teams and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
  • Monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience within the UAE.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
