Khansaheb Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across assigned sites.
- Supervise technical teams and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
- Monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience within the UAE.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Valid UAE driving license.
