Zahra Tours & Travels is growing its Dubai office and looking for passionate travel professionals for two roles: Assistant Manager – Holidays and Senior Holidays Consultant. A great fit for people who love creating memorable travel experiences and delivering excellent service.
You should bring experience in holiday product sales, strong client relationship skills, and genuine enthusiasm for travel and tourism, working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell holiday packages to individual and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide expert travel advice and recommend destinations/packages
- Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and customer requests
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless travel experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in holiday product sales and travel consulting
- Strong client relationship and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Genuine passion for travel and tourism
