Assistant Manager – Vendor Management

IY India Careers is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager – Vendor Management for a leading jewellery organization in Dubai. The role focuses on vendor strategy, procurement, sourcing, supplier performance, and relationship management within the Gold & Diamonds sector.

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement activities.
• Drive strategic sourcing and negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, deliveries, and improvement actions.
• Manage scrap-related processes and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Support process improvements and ensure procurement compliance.

Requirements: 10–12 years of relevant supply-chain experience; Gold & Diamonds industry experience mandatory; previous Tanishq experience required; hands-on Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience; strong vendor management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, delivery, and stakeholder-management skills.
