Audio Store In-Charge

SLS Production in Dubai needs a reliable, organized Audio Store In-Charge to run its professional audio equipment storage and warehouse operations. Good fit for someone experienced with audio gear, inventory management, and making sure equipment is ready when events need it.

You’ll oversee equipment movement, stock control, maintenance coordination, and store organization, working closely with project and technical teams under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the audio warehouse/store
• Receive, inspect, issue, and return professional audio equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Keep equipment properly stored, labeled, and organized
• Prepare equipment for events and project needs
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits
• Report damaged or missing equipment and coordinate repairs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams for timely equipment availability

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in audio warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory management
• Knowledge of professional audio gear: speakers, mixing consoles, microphones, amplifiers, signal processors
• Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving licence a plus
