    Job Description:

    We’re Hiring: Document Control Assistant – Dubai
    Join Bafleh Jewellery, one of the UAE’s leading names in the jewellery industry. We are looking for a Document Control Assistant to support our internal operations by managing and maintaining company documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, organize, and archive company documents, both physical and digital
    • Maintain and update internal records, logs, and databases
    • Ensure documentation complies with company policies and quality standards
    • Assist in report preparation and verify data accuracy
    • Support administrative tasks and coordinate communication between departments

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or administrative roles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and document management systems
    • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
