Scientechnic
Scientechnic is looking for a detail-oriented, technology-driven CAFM Executive to join its Dubai team, taking ownership of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management platform and supporting smooth day-to-day facilities operations.
You’ll manage the CAFM system, create maintenance schedules, generate reports, maintain asset registers, coordinate with contractors, and support compliance activities — in a role that sits at the intersection of facilities management and data management.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain the CAFM system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
- Create, update, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Generate work orders, track service requests, and ensure timely maintenance completion
- Prepare CAFM reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Maintain asset registers, equipment records, and facility documentation
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to support efficient operations
- Monitor contractor performance and maintain records of service contracts and warranties
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
What you’ll bring:
- Experience working with CAFM or CMMS platforms
- Strong understanding of facilities management processes and maintenance workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- UAE facilities management experience is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or a related field
