Charge Nurse & Surgical Ward

Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai is seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse & Surgical Ward to join its patient-centered healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the surgical ward nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Oversee comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care across various surgical specialties.
• Coordinate patient care, staffing, and daily ward operations.
• Ensure compliance with JCI standards and support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in a senior nursing, charge nurse, or team leader role within a surgical ward in the UAE.
• Strong experience managing pre-operative and post-operative care across diverse surgical cases.
• Hands-on experience with JCI accreditation standards, audits, and quality compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
