A leading construction organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman (Structural & Architectural) with strong expertise in building construction projects, structural shop drawings, and high-rise project experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate structural and architectural shop drawings for building construction projects.
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project requirements and incorporate necessary design changes into drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE construction standards, regulations, and industry practices.
- Support project teams by providing timely drafting solutions and technical documentation.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working within project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience working with construction companies.
- Proven experience preparing structural and architectural shop drawings.
- Must have successfully completed at least one high-rise building project in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and building practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
