TASC Outsourcing is looking for a skilled, performance-driven Client Retention Specialist to join a dynamic financial services team in Business Bay, Dubai — focused on managing international client relationships, improving customer engagement, and reactivating dormant accounts in the Forex, CFD trading, and FinTech space.
UK client handling experience is mandatory. The role comes with an attractive commission structure, employment visa, and medical insurance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction
- Engage with inactive clients and implement reactivation initiatives
- Handle UK-based clients and provide professional account support
- Identify client needs, address concerns, and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve performance targets through effective communication and relationship management
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in client retention, relationship management, customer success, reactivation, or sales
- UK client or UK process handling experience is mandatory
- Experience in Forex, CFD, trading, brokerage, or FinTech is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Performance-oriented with an ethical, customer-focused approach
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
