Key Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities and follow up on outstanding customer accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and recovery solutions with customers.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers and recover outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.
• Prepare collection reports and regularly update account statuses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and collection procedures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while resolving payment issues.
• Escalate complex recovery cases when necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support continuous improvement of collection performance and recovery processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of collections experience in a bank, financial institution, or collection agency.
• UAE collections experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and debt recovery skills.
• Experience in skip tracing and skip account recovery.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
• Candidates holding their own UAE visa will be preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
