    Job Description

    An exciting opportunity is available for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Content & Social Media Manager to support a growing personal brand focused on financial awareness and education.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content across multiple digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. This role requires a strong understanding of audience engagement, content planning, storytelling, platform algorithms, and performance analytics.

    Working remotely from Dubai, the role also includes occasional participation in meetings, content production sessions, and events. This is an ideal opportunity for a content professional who enjoys transforming ideas into impactful educational content that informs, engages, and inspires audiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars across multiple platforms
    • Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives
    • Identify content opportunities based on audience interests and market trends
    • Ensure consistent messaging and content quality across all channels

    Content Development

    • Transform raw ideas, voice notes, and insights into engaging content concepts
    • Create scripts, captions, content hooks, and publishing plans
    • Develop educational and audience-friendly content from complex topics
    • Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication style

    Social Media Management

    • Manage content across:
      • Instagram
      • TikTok
      • YouTube
      • LinkedIn
      • X (Twitter)
    • Schedule and publish content according to platform best practices
    • Optimize content for maximum engagement and reach
    • Monitor audience interactions and community engagement

    Trend Monitoring & Audience Engagement

    • Track social media trends and emerging content formats
    • Identify opportunities to increase audience growth and engagement
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments
    • Recommend content initiatives based on audience behavior and platform changes

    YouTube Channel Management

    • Manage YouTube uploads and publishing schedules
    • Create and optimize video titles, descriptions, and metadata
    • Coordinate thumbnail creation and content presentation
    • Implement YouTube SEO best practices to improve discoverability

    Analytics & Performance Reporting

    • Track content performance across all platforms
    • Analyze engagement, reach, growth, and audience metrics
    • Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations
    • Continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights

    Content Production Support

    • Assist during meetings, events, interviews, and content shoots
    • Capture content opportunities and coordinate production requirements
    • Support workflow management from concept to publication
    • Collaborate with creative teams and external vendors when required

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Media, or a related field preferred

    Professional Experience

    • 3–5+ years of experience in:

    Technical Skills
