Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Carmate is currently looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a professional and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both spoken and written English, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be ready to join immediately. Previous customer service experience will be considered an added advantage.

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
