    We’re Hiring: Customer Service Executive – Join CallAdoc!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
    • Schedule virtual consultations, follow-ups, and appointment reminders
    • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and subscription questions
    • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, patience, and empathy
    • Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and internal support teams to ensure seamless care delivery

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • 2–4 years of customer service experience (experience in healthcare is a plus)
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools and scheduling systems
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
