Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Schedule virtual consultations, follow-ups, and appointment reminders
- Assist patients with insurance, billing, and subscription questions
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and internal support teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Who We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2–4 years of customer service experience (experience in healthcare is a plus)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools and scheduling systems
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
