The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipment updates, preparing quotations, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the operations team to provide timely shipment updates.
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up on service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
