The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipment updates, preparing quotations, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to provide timely shipment updates.
  • Prepare customer quotations and follow up on service requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
