A full time experienced female Customer service Executive required urgently in a Dubai IT firm.
DUTIES
Receiving and forwarding calls from customers.
Attending to customer inquiries.
Providing detailed information about asked questions asked.
Determining clients needs.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is met.
REQUIREMENTS
Only female candidates wanted.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Fluent in English and spoken Hindi.
Having a minimum of 2-5 years experience in same field.
Candidates with 2 months time period of minimum visit visa validity.
Candidates must be in Dubai.
