Kricon Global FZCO is pushing its ISO tank container operations into new international markets and is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Executive to help launch its Dubai office. It’s a genuine ground-floor opportunity — you’d be helping build local operations from the start while supporting customers across several global regions.
The role blends customer service with operational coordination, making sure ISO tank shipments move smoothly from initial booking all the way through to final delivery. You’ll work closely with teams and partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, so comfort with international, fast-paced, collaborative work matters here.
Because tank container logistics involves so many moving pieces — depots, cleaning stations, hauliers, customs — this role rewards someone who’s naturally organized and doesn’t mind chasing down details across time zones to keep a shipment on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates
- Coordinate ISO tank movements including planning, documentation, and scheduling
- Liaise with shipping lines, depots, hauliers, and cleaning stations
- Monitor shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delays
- Prepare and manage bookings, invoices, certificates, and customs paperwork
- Coordinate with offices across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia
- Help establish and improve local operational processes for the Dubai office
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, tank container operations, or related field
- ISO tanks, bulk liquid transport, or chemical logistics experience is a plus
- Able to work independently while collaborating across time zones
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
