Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information within company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication to clients.
- Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Support continuous enhancement of customer service processes and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call center operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and professional communication style.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries calmly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Previous UAE experience will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
