Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dietitians, nursing teams, and kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal distribution
• Ensure patient meals comply with prescribed dietary requirements and restrictions
• Maintain accurate records of meal orders and dietary instructions
• Monitor and verify meal accuracy before distribution
• Support daily catering and food service operations
• Facilitate clear communication between clinical departments and kitchen teams

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Hospitality, or related discipline (preferred)
• Experience in hospital catering or healthcare food service environments is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling meal instructions
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and meal management systems
