AUM Real Estate Development
Manage project documentation for building construction and contracting activities, ensuring drawings, technical submissions, correspondence and records are properly registered, tracked, filed and distributed. Responsibilities include maintaining drawing registers and document logs, preparing material submittals and pre-qualification documents, handling transmittals, NCRs and project correspondence, and supporting LPO, supplier and material tracking processes. Strong construction document-control experience and excellent organization are required.

Salary: AED 6,000–9,000/Month (Estimated)
