    Manage strong vendor settlements strong commission calculations and payout reconciliations Track marketplace fees refunds and chargebacks across multiple vendors Reconcile payment gateways e g Stripe PayPal and ensure accuracy in daily transactions Prepare monthly financial reports P L balance sheets specific to e-commerce operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor payment cycles and cash flow Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and e-commerce financial standards 3+ years of experience in e-commerce accounting, preferably with multi-vendor platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, or similar).Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong understanding of commission-based transactions, payment gateways, and marketplace fee structures.Expertise in UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance for e-commerce businesses.Ability to handle high-volume data and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
