Safeland Interiors is looking for a dedicated Estimation Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. This role suits candidates with experience in MEP and Interior Fit-Out estimation who possess strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates for MEP and Interior Fit-Out works.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Review MEP and architectural drawings to determine project requirements.
- Assist in preparing competitive tender submissions and cost proposals.
- Coordinate with project teams to obtain technical and commercial information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in MEP and Interior Fit-Out estimation.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and interior fit-out works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; estimation software experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
