Executive Secretary

    • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience
    • Carry out designated clerical activities such as drafting correspondence, creating documents, preparing presentations etc. to support efficient management of departmental activities
    • Assist the Director in planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements for efficient diary management
    • Review and prioritize memos and mail to ensure necessary action is taken in a timely manner
    • Handle incoming / outgoing calls on behalf of the department ensuring messages are directed in a timely and accurate manner
    • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring necessary protocols are adhered to in all interactions
    • Fluent in English & Arabic both written and verbal
