OBS Real Estate is looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily building maintenance and facilities management operations across its Dubai portfolio.
You’ll coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage contractors and service providers, and ensure properties are kept safe, efficient, and well-maintained. A valid UAE driving licence and immediate availability are required.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance operations
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and operational efficiency
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi
- A valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
- Immediate availability preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
