Mario Bologna is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Fashion Retail Sales Associates (Male & Female) to become part of its luxury retail team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for fashion, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a premium retail environment.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product selections, and contribute to achieving store sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Assist clients with product selection and personalized styling recommendations.
- Achieve individual and overall store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays and store presentation.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Support daily store operations, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout every stage of the shopping journey.
Requirements:
- Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Russian and English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Willingness to work flexible retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
