1. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
2. Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
Develop and implement office procedures
3. Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
4. Compose letters, memos and emails
Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
5. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
6. HR Admin and PRO works related experience is advantage.
