Finance & Accounts Executive

A skilled and detail-focused Finance & Accounts Executive is sought to join a real estate firm in Dubai. This role is well-suited to accounting professionals with hands-on UAE experience who can independently manage financial operations from end to end, including RERA compliance and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations with full autonomy.
• Manage RERA-related accounting, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure recommendations are actioned on schedule.
• Oversee project accounting, project completion workflows, and financial book closures.
• Review accounting records, transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Manage customer accounts, receivables, and account reconciliation processes.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with applicable regulations and meet all reporting deadlines.

Requirements: B.Com / M.Com degree; 4–7 years of UAE finance and accounting experience; strong analytical and organisational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
