Finance & Compliance Manager

A Dubai-based advisory firm is looking for a hands-on Finance & Compliance Manager to take ownership of accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance work while reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Director.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the firm’s financial operations accurate and its clients compliant with UAE regulations, while also playing a role in growing the client base.

What you’ll do:

• Manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, audit prep, and IFRS-compliant statements
• Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax registration, filing, and advisory work
• Keep the business compliant with AML, KYC, UBO, ESR, and e-invoicing rules
• Manage client onboarding, consultations, and engagement documentation
• Review the accounting team’s output for accuracy
• Liaise with the Federal Tax Authority and other regulators on notices and assessments
• Help convert qualified leads into long-term clients
• Drive process improvements and support team development

What you’ll bring:

• At least 1.5 years of UAE experience in audit, accounting, taxation, or compliance
• A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA is preferred
• Strong grasp of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, AML, ESR, and e-invoicing
• Solid client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple engagements and deadlines
