Finance Manager (CA/ACCA)

A fast-growing Construction Materials company in Al Quoz, Dubai, is searching for an accomplished Finance Manager to take the lead on all finance and accounting operations. This is a high-impact position where your strategic financial thinking and leadership will directly support the company’s expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all finance and accounting operations across the business.
• Build and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Prepare and review management financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and all applicable financial regulations.
• Drive financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
• Manage accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee ERP systems and lead financial automation and reporting improvement initiatives.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes end-to-end.
• Build, lead, and develop the finance team while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Leverage advanced Excel and Power BI to deliver sharper financial insights.

Requirements:

• CA or ACCA qualification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE finance experience in the Construction Materials industry (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Hands-on ERP and financial automation experience; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and team management capabilities.
