Financial Accountant

A Dubai trading company is urgently looking for a skilled Financial Accountant to join its finance team. This role is a good fit for accounting professionals experienced in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing who want to grow their career in a dynamic trading environment. UAE or GCC accounting background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle month-end and year-end closing
• Complete account and bank reconciliations
• Follow accounting principles and company policy
• Help prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor transactions and keep accounting accurate
• Support internal and external audits
• Keep financial records properly documented
• Work with internal teams on finance-related matters
• Take on other accounting and finance tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Experience in financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
• UAE or GCC accounting experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
