BW Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-out Estimator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in interior fit-out estimation who are eager to contribute to exciting and high-quality projects across the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project requirements, and supporting tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
- Analyze project costs and support the tender submission process.
- Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to obtain pricing information.
Requirements:
- Experience in interior fit-out estimating.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and tender preparation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
