    Job Overview

    Advance Medical Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Front Desk & Call Centre Team Lead to oversee patient-facing operations and maintain high service standards across reception and call centre functions.

    This opportunity is ideal for professionals with healthcare administration experience who can lead teams, improve patient experience, and coordinate operational activities efficiently within a clinical environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise Front Desk and Call Centre operations daily
    • Manage patient reception, registration, and appointment scheduling processes
    • Ensure excellent patient service, communication, and satisfaction levels
    • Coordinate staff schedules and maintain operational efficiency
    • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service escalations professionally
    • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care delivery
    • Maintain documentation accuracy, reporting standards, and workflow processes
    • Monitor compliance with internal procedures and healthcare service standards
    • Support employee training, team development, and performance management initiatives

    Requirements

    • Arabic speaking is mandatory
    • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient services, reception, or call centre supervision
    • Previous experience leading front desk or patient support teams within healthcare settings
    • Strong leadership and communication abilities
    • Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable handling appointments, patient interactions, and administrative processes
