    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform responsibilities according to the assigned position (HR, reception, or document control)
    • Manage office records, correspondence, and administrative documentation
    • Support internal communication and daily office operations
    • Welcome visitors and maintain professional front-desk standards
    • Maintain project files and company records accurately
    • Handle document filing, tracking, retrieval, and control processes
    • Support management and project teams with administrative requirements
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of UAE construction industry experience
    • Currently residing inside the UAE
    • Immediate availability to join
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
