    About the Job:

    An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive to join the Al Mahara team at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

    • Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.
    • Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination.
    • Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards.
    • Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.
    • Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.
    • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs accurately, including those with special requirements, delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards.

    About You:

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

    • 2 years of experience in Guest’s service-related work in a 5-star hotel
    • Proactive approach to assist guests displaying positive body language
    • Strong Organizational Skills
    • Display Integrity in dealing with guests and colleagues
    • Respect values and cultural difference
