Job Overview
Cladsmart is looking for a highly organized and professional HR and Admin / Reception Officer to manage HR operations while handling front desk responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance administrative tasks with employee support and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, documentation, and attendance tracking
- Support employees and maintain HR records
- Act as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors professionally
- Coordinate office activities and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized documentation and internal communication
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional and presentable personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Profile
- Experience in managing social media platforms is an advantage
- Background in construction or aluminum industry is preferred
