    Job Overview

    Cladsmart is looking for a highly organized and professional HR and Admin / Reception Officer to manage HR operations while handling front desk responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance administrative tasks with employee support and reception duties.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, documentation, and attendance tracking
    • Support employees and maintain HR records
    • Act as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors professionally
    • Coordinate office activities and administrative tasks
    • Maintain organized documentation and internal communication

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration
    • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Professional and presentable personality
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Profile

    • Experience in managing social media platforms is an advantage
    • Background in construction or aluminum industry is preferred
