🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations:
  • Handle HR-related inquiries, policies, and grievances
  • Serve as the point of contact for all employee relations
• Payroll & Benefits:
  • Assist payroll processing and maintain compensation records
  • Manage leave balances and benefits like insurance, retirement
• Compliance & Policy:
  • Ensure labor law compliance and update internal HR policies
  • Maintain documentation and performance records
• Performance & Training:
  • Support goal-setting, appraisals, and training coordination
• Office Management:
  • Manage supplies, equipment, facilities, and ensure cleanliness
• Administrative Support:
  • Handle communication, assist with finance team and reports
• Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain confidential employee records and documents securely

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Minimum 1 year UAE HR experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
• Proficient in MS Office & HRIS systems
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
